The Youth Jazz Rock Band is an ensemble from the North Lincolnshire Music Centre which is run by the Music Service. The centre caters for young musicians from across the whole of North Lincolnshire and runs every Saturday in term time. There are several orchestras, bands and open access groups which cater for any young person with an interest in music.

 

The Jazz Rock Band is made up of students who are mainly 6th form age and further into their musical careers. They enjoy playing an exciting mixture of funk, blues, jazz and soul and this will be their first time playing in the Music Day. The band are ready to make your toes tap, delight your ears and introduce you to some classic tunes from the Soul and Jazz repertoire.
